“I had seen many of Dani’s videos on Insta and was curious about his online workshop. From start to finish, Dani was very professional, knowledgeable and quick with his correspondence! I came in with a decent knowledge base. With just a couple emails and the first few minutes of the workshop, Dani was able to determine exactly where to start with me. He really did his homework and had some great recommendations for coffee beans from local roasters as well.
The set up for the workshop was easy and well explained. I had already tinkered with pulling shots myself, but I wasn’t consistent. Dani’s explanations as to why certain adjustments worked (or didn’t) not only helped me pull better shots right away, but now gives me a good framework as I experiment with different beans. He gave me real-time feedback as I steamed milk for lattes and more real-time feedback as I worked on my latte art. “For my team I was looking for, due to corona restrictions, a new and creative way of spending time together for our Christmas team event. Most options were failing to offer that wow factor that I was looking for. Dani was able to bridge over all of those challenges with a coffee themed virtual team building.
